4. Repair external and internal splines as follows:
a. Remove nicks (33) and burrs (34). Use car-
borundum stone (E10).
b. Polish repaired area. Use crocus cloth (E15).
5. Repair gear teeth as follows:
a. Remove nicks (35) and burrs (36) from non-
active surfaces (37), Use Carborundum stone
(E10).
b. Polish repaired area. Use crocus cloth (E15).
