Equipment Condition:
APU in Assembly Fixture (Task 1-22)
Do not disconnect ignition
cable within 30 minutes of
running or attempting to
start APU.
Voltages used
can cause arcing which may
result in severe burns.
Use extreme care when working
with ignition system.
Failure to observe all
precautions may result in
serious injury or death.
1.
Remove
lockwire
from
con-
nectors (1) and cable (3).
2.
Disconnect connector P303 (1)
from
ignition
exciter
(2).
Inspect
connector for broken
pins
and crossed or
stripped
threads.
If damaged,
return
to depot.
