Apply adhesive (E30) to gasket area of
base (1) and install gasket (2).
Allow to
air dry.
Remove receptacles (3) by drilling out
rivets (4). Install new receptacle using
rivets
Remove dents in base (1) and straighten
deformed flange (5). Restore original
contour.
If drain boss (6) is damaged, remove by
grinding through weld. Install new drain
boss by welding in accordance with alu-
minum alloy welding procedures con-
tained in MIL-W-8604.
Repair corrosion (Task 1-35). Repair
loose spacer (7) by applying adhesive
(E30) to surface and installing. Allow to
air dry.
