Engine Oil System Drained (Task 1-75)
Output Shaft Seal and Housing Assembly
Removed (Task 2-48)
Output Shaft Removed (Task 9-6)
1.
Clean output shaft (1).
Wear gloves (E20).
Immerse dry-cleaning solvent (E17) and agitate.
Use brush on splines (2) and threads (3).
2.
Wipe dry. Use clean, dry lint-free cloth (E26).
3.
Wear goggles.
Blow dry.
Use clean, dry
compressed air.
