b. Using swirler installation tool (Appendix E) (10), hold
swirler (1) in place in liner (8).
c. Set swirler (1), liner (8), forward end down, and
swirler installation tool (10) on bench so swirler (1) is
held in place by swirler installation tool (Appendix E)
(10).
d. Install spring (7) over swirler (1).
