Inspect 28 swirlers (43)as follows:
a.
Push swirler (43) sideways in all directions with
hand. Firm hand pressure shall move swirler
slightly. Swirlers shall be considered excessively
loose if they can be moved radially with a light
finger force effort.
b.
Inspect spring (44).
There shall be no broken
coils.
Inspect fuel nozzle contact area (45) there shall

be no wear that breaks through nozzle contact
area (45).
