NOTE
The output shaft, torquemeter head,
and torquemeter junction box are
supplied as a calibrated, matched set.
If you replace the output shaft, you
must also replace the torquemeter
junction box (Tasks 9-1 and 9-5) and
torque- meter head (Tasks 9-11 and 9-
14).
Protect bearings from damage.
Handle only in clean area. Use clean,
lint-free cloth (E26).
Damaged
bearings can cause engine failure.
NOTE
If bearings have not been removed
omit step 1.

Install bearing on output shaft (1) as follows:

Install output shaft (1) in shaft holding tool
(T23) (2).
